Return Policy

At Skandrive

At Skandrive we offer a wide range of products, including apparel, truck accessories, steering wheels, interior products and premium accessories.

Some products are stocked and ready to ship, while others are ordered, manufactured or customized specifically for you after your order has been placed. Because of this, different return conditions may apply depending on the product.

Standard Products

For standard products purchased online within the European Union, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, unless a legal exception applies.

Returned products must:

Be complete and in their original condition.
Show no signs of installation, use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Products

Some Skandrive products are specially ordered, produced or personalized after your purchase.

This includes products that are manufactured or customized according to your requested specifications, such as selected materials, colours, stitching, logos, finishes or other personalized options.

Where a product qualifies as a personalized or custom-made product under applicable consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order:

arrived damaged;
contains the wrong item;
has a manufacturing defect;

please contact us within 30 days after delivery via info@skandrive.com.

Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the issue.

After inspection we will offer, where appropriate:

a replacement product;
repair;
or a full refund.

If the problem was caused by us, all reasonable shipping costs will be covered by Skandrive.

Return Shipping

For returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless local law requires otherwise.

Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.
