At Skandrive, every product is made especially for you. We do not work with mass production or large inventories; each item is produced on demand once an order is placed.
This approach allows us to focus on quality, individuality, and responsible production. As a result, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail practices, while remaining fair and transparent.
No Standard Right of Return (Production on Demand)
Because all items are produced specifically to order, orders cannot be canceled or returned for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind after purchase
Minor color differences caused by screen settings
Being dissatisfied with the design after delivery
These cases fall under the legal exception for custom-made products, as defined in international and European consumer regulations (including EU Directive §312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted
We always offer a free replacement or refund if:
The product is defective
There is a printing or manufacturing error
The wrong item was delivered
The item arrived damaged
In these cases, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Return Costs
If a return or replacement is approved due to a defect or error: ✔ We will fully replace the product or refund the purchase price. ✔ All associated costs are covered by us.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
